TheSportsExaminer.com Web site is owned and operated by Perelman, Pioneer & Company, Incorporated, a California corporation in the United States of America. This Privacy Policy outlines the ways in which we collect personal data from our users, how we use it and how you can inquire about those usages or make changes to how your information is collected and/or used.
I. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information about our users in three ways:
A. Automated information is collected from users who visit TheSportsExaminer.com Web site by some of our software providers. This does not include personal identification information, but may include identification of a user’s device (IP address) and related information.
The various software which operates our site compiles such information for the purposes of statistical reports and uses it for site protection and blocking against hacking and interruption-of-service threats.
This process uses software “cookies,” small files stored on your Internet browser or the hard drive of your computer that are used to gather information such as browser type, operating systems, IP address, device type, location, date and time of access, pages visited, referring sites, time spent on the site, and other information related to your visit. These “cookies” are placed on your device by our site or by third parties providing services to us, for example, for statistical reports and security.
By visiting our site, you accept the use of these “cookies.” You can change your browser settings to disable the use of “cookies” or notify you when a “cookie” is about to be placed in your browser software. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection practices when a “Do Not Track” notice is displayed by an Internet browsing application.

This created a personal account, which is supported by software “cookies” (as described above) to make your user experience more efficient.
If you processed your credit card payment through our site, the payment was handled by a third-party processor, PayPal, which has its own Privacy Policy, which is available here:
