Russia readmitted by WADA, causing it to split apart

TSX HEADLINES – for September 21, 2018: The World Anti-Doping Agency’s Executive Committee decided on Thursday to re-admit the Russian Anti-Doping Agency, lowering the pressure on Russia and turning it on itself.
